Withdrawal form

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you have taken out the TrackLAB PRO plan as a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of contracting to withdraw from the contract without justifying your decision and without penalty.

Use of this form is voluntary: you may withdraw by any unequivocal statement addressed to hello@tracklab.es. See also our refund policy and the terms and conditions.

2. Model form

Copy the text below, fill in the fields in square brackets and send it to us by email or by post.

3. Refund time limits

Once we have received your communication we will confirm receipt without delay. We will reimburse all payments received no later than 14 calendar days from that date, using the same means of payment used for the purchase (Stripe), at no cost to you.

If you asked us to begin supplying the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us the part proportionate to the service already supplied up to the moment you communicated your decision (art. 14.3 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
