1. Purpose of the service

TrackLAB is a GPX route analysis platform for outdoor sports. We offer elevation, difficulty, segment and custom metric analysis under both a free plan and a paid PRO plan.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for the proper use of the service. Any use that infringes the law in force, the rights of third parties or that compromises the integrity of the platform is prohibited.

3. PRO plan and payments

The PRO plan is taken out on a monthly or annual basis and renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled beforehand. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your profile; you will keep PRO access until the end of the billed period.

There is no trial period for the PRO plan. The free plan allows unlimited route analysis and unlocking 3 of them with all PRO features. Unlocks are PER ROUTE and permanent: reopening an already unlocked route does not consume another one.

If you cancel the PRO plan, you keep all the routes you had saved and you may continue to consult, export or delete them. The free plan allows you to save up to 20 routes, so in order to add new routes beyond that number you will need the PRO plan.

3.1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you take out the PRO plan as a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of contracting to withdraw from the contract without having to justify your decision and without any penalty. To exercise it, it is enough to notify us by any unequivocal means — for example, an email to hello@tracklab.es — or by using the model withdrawal form. We will return the amount paid by the same means of payment. See the detail of the procedure and the time limits in our refund policy.

If you request that the service begin to be supplied during the withdrawal period and you subsequently withdraw, we may deduct the part proportionate to the service already supplied up to the communication of your decision, in accordance with art. 14.3 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Limitation of liability

TrackLAB is an analysis tool. The data, time estimates, difficulty ratings or recommendations we provide are indicative. The decision to undertake a route and the responsibility for one's own safety always lie with the user.

5. Intellectual property

The TrackLAB brand, code and content are protected by copyright. The GPX files and routes you upload continue to belong to you.
